I love running, and this blog is to inspire me to keep it up and lose some weight!

I've had enough of looking in the mirror and thinking I could do better. I've had enough of going on nights out knowing everyone looks better than me. I've had enough of just being average. It's now time to become the best I could be, and for my body to be the healthiest it can.

    If I haven’t lost any weight this week I’m gonna be gutted.

    At least I can use my antibiotics as an excuse not to drink alcohol.
